  • Target beyond a dropdown. Build an audience from purchases, licences, dates, plans, regions, custom fields or any rule you can express in PHP.
  • Let an agent prepare the work, not authorise itself. Twenty-one abilities cover reading, drafting and gated sending. Sends require explicit confirmation, support a test-mode rehearsal and cannot exceed the configured recipient ceiling.
  • One engine for every kind of email. Changelog notices, security advisories, renewal nudges or onboarding tips all come from the same delivery engine, just by changing the two answers.

Do I need to write code to use it?
No. Subscriber lists, signup forms, newsletters and campaign blasts all work out of the box. The two PHP filters are for advanced targeting, and even then the developer guide is written to be handed to an AI assistant so it can write the function for you.
How does it decide who receives an email?
A filter returns true or false for each recipient, so you can check anything you can express in PHP: an active licence, a purchase in the last year, a plan tier, a region or a custom field. It finds the owners, including people who bought a bundle that contains the product.
Will people get duplicate emails?
Deduplication is scoped to the send being performed. Automated support email checks use the product, version and recipient history, while campaign queues and logs record each intended recipient. A different campaign can still email the same person by design, so preview the audience and use log-only mode before a large send.
Can customers opt out of marketing but still get security updates?
Marketing and product-support email have separate opt-out scopes, so one preference need not silence the other. You remain responsible for classifying each message, choosing a lawful basis and honouring the rules that apply to your recipients. The plugin supplies controls and records; it does not decide that a message is legally non-marketing.
Why is the signup form faster than other plugins?
The signup form includes an Ultra Ajax path that avoids the normal full WordPress plugin bootstrap. That removes work from the request, but the result still depends on your host, database and delivery setup. Measure the form on your site before publishing a speed claim.
Do unsubscribe links stop working over time?
No. Every unsubscribe token is recorded, and the unsubscribe, preference-centre and opt-in pages accept any link ever issued to that subscriber, so a link in an email from six months ago still works. There is also an optional setting that treats a single unsubscribe as an opt-out from everything.

Can an AI agent send a campaign without my approval?
Not through the plugin’s gated send abilities. Agents can inspect data and draft work, but sending abilities require explicit confirmation and obey a recipient ceiling. You can rehearse in log-only mode, which records who would receive the message without calling wp_mail, or redirect every message to one test address.
Which email providers are ready to use?
Plain wp_mail and Mailgun are the currently tested options. Brevo, SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES and MailerSend adapters exist in the codebase but are hidden from the normal settings because they have not yet been validated end to end. Do not buy on the assumption that one of those untested adapters is supported today.
