Fixed bug with search not working for media that was uploaded after the tables had been built
now works for all techniques of uploading media or any attachment type
table rebuild will be required if you were affected by this and attachments will be properly maintained and synchronised to our superspeedysearch table automatically from there on
Further fixes for search orderby – fixes media search since the $query param has orderby = date, order = desc
also refactored the ordering code so we only have one ordering codepath
priority is url parameter, then query variable (was previously ignored), then default settings
if default settings are used, we apply the woocommerce_get_catalog_ordering_args filter
Additional fix for media list grid, searches now correctly order by post_date desc
for some reason woo uses ajax for the grid but full php and no order query set for the list

Fixed image deletion bug, images are now properly deleted from the search results table
this bug was bigger than this, deletes were not working for any post type
if you have been deleting items from your site after installing super speedy search, you should rebuild our search tables to ensure deleted items do not appear in the search results

Re-added our variation-gallery JavaScript for those who wish to use it
ensure our JS is not disabled from the settings page in order to use this
on certain themes, changing variation will not replace the gallery thumbnails, using our JS will replace the gallery thumbnails regardless of your theme

Added some new pagination options
choose how many pages to scroll before load more button appears
second load more button option after a different number of pages, e.g. default load 3 pages, show load more, then load 10 pages, then show load more ad infinitum
scroll to infinity checkbox option will prevent the load more buttons appearing more than once
Fixed bug related to removal of load more button for some themes
was leaving an empty item in themes which use CSS grid display

Moved all 'query' filters into special handlers to ensure they only run when required, e.g. when cron, when is_admin, or when front-end depending on the filter
Fixed slow query log – it was still possible for this to be running on every query
Removed code that was spoofing the new install and has_products
this is instead replaced by our own post count cache
the previous method of spoofing 1 item for each post_status was being cached and used elsewhere where it wasn't useful
this method guarantees accurate and sensible counts
the cache is only wiped at night time, so you can import all day without the posts being recounted
Added a new Clear Cache button to the Imports tab next to the defer term counting option
Changed Settings plugin name to just Scalability Pro (rather than Scalability Pro Plugin) *

Speed boost for 'query' based filter, now added to posts_request filter instead which only applies for get_posts rather than all queries
Fixed bug in API license key caching, one item was not being cached
Added new ssf_archive_title filter
if you add a filter to ssf_archive_title you can alter the h1 woo title and the browser title for archives
this filter is passed the $title and a $pm object which contains the permalink info (tells you what was queried)
