Super Speedy Coming Soon 1.7.1

  • HOTFIX: coming-soon products had their ENTIRE product page centred, long description and all. The sscs-coming-soon class added to archive tiles in 1.7.0 is applied on the woocommerce_post_class filter, which also fires on the single product view, so the class landed on the product's article element. It matched .sscs-coming-soon { text-align:center } – the rule written for the signup panel – and every child inherited it. The tile class is now sscs-coming-soon-tile, so the two no longer collide. If you styled tiles against sscs-coming-soon, switch to sscs-coming-soon-tile.

Delayed Image Import 2.28.2

  • Fixed the PhotoSwipe lightbox could open on a black screen for products whose images have not been downloaded yet. Hot-linked images were rendered with no data-large_image_width or data-large_image_height, and WooCommerce's lightbox sizes the enlarged image from those rather than measuring it. Most likely to bite on gallery slides that had not finished loading when the lightbox was opened, since lazy-loaded slides do not hold up the page load event
  • Fixed the hover magnifier did not activate on hot-linked images, because WooCommerce only binds it when the image is wider than the gallery container
  • Dimensions are now published up front. They are taken from the supplier URL wherever it encodes them (-800x600.jpg, ?width=1500, ?w=640&h=480, Cloudinary w_1200,h_800 and similar), otherwise a placeholder in your store's own product aspect ratio is used. Neither costs a remote request, so nothing is downloaded any earlier than before. The browser still corrects them to the exact size once each image loads
  • Fixed an image that failed to load and fell back to the placeholder SVG could publish the SVG's dimensions as though they were the product photo's
  • Added filters dii_image_dimensions, dii_placeholder_image_size and dii_configured_image_ratio for overriding the published dimensions
Delayed Image Import 2.28.2 in its changelog

External Images 3.41

  • Fixed clicking a product image opened the lightbox on a black screen. External images were published as 0 pixels wide, and WooCommerce's built-in PhotoSwipe lightbox sizes the enlarged image from that width, so it rendered at nothing. Affects the native WooCommerce gallery used by Divi and most other themes
  • Fixed the hover magnifier never activated on external images, for the same reason – WooCommerce only binds it when the image is wider than the gallery container
  • Image dimensions are now taken from the image URL wherever the CDN or feed encodes them (-800x600.jpg, ?width=1500, ?w=640&h=480, Cloudinary w_1200,h_800 and similar). When the URL says nothing, a placeholder in your store's own product aspect ratio is used instead. Neither costs a remote request, so imports and page loads stay as fast as before
  • The exact size is corrected in the browser once each image loads, so the lightbox opens at the image's true aspect ratio
  • Existing products are fixed automatically. A stored width of 0 is now treated as unknown and recalculated when it is read, rather than being trusted and published
  • Added filters ei_getimagesize, ei_placeholder_image_size and ei_configured_image_ratio for overriding the published dimensions

Fullscreen Typeform 2.0.0

  • Added four layouts. Full screen with nothing else, full screen with your logo on top, your site header and footer with the form in between, or normal page width in the content.
  • Added a logo bar that defaults to the site logo from Appearance, Customise, so it works with no setup. Image, height, alignment and colours are all configurable.
  • Added a Typeform block for the editor, rendered on the server so changing the default form updates every block that inherits it.
  • Added the [fullscreen_typeform] shortcode, for the classic editor, page builders and theme templates.
  • Added a settings page under Super Speedy for the default form, layout, height, logo and colours.
  • Added per page overrides, so one page can use a different form or a different layout to the site default.
  • Added support for pasting a form ID, a short slug, a share URL, or a whole embed snippet. All four are recognised.
  • Added Super Speedy Settings integration for automatic updates.
  • Fixed the plugin not working with modern Typeform IDs. Typeform issues two identifiers per form and only one of them works in a URL, so a 26 character live embed ID, the kind Typeform's own Embed dialog hands you, produced a URL Typeform redirects to its own marketing page. Rendering now goes through Typeform's official embed script and both identifier formats work.
  • Fixed a favicon and Apple touch icon belonging to an unrelated third party site were hardcoded into every page the plugin rendered, over plain http, causing a mixed content request on secure sites.
  • Fixed the rendered page had no doctype, no charset and no viewport tag, so pages rendered in quirks mode and were not usable on a phone.
  • Fixed the template called neither wp_head nor wp_footer, so no theme styles, analytics, consent banner or other plugin could run on the page.
  • Fixed the embed URL was printed into the iframe src without escaping.
  • Fixed the form URL was read from the raw page content, which in the block editor is block markup rather than a URL, so the plugin could not be used in the block editor.
  • Fixed an absolute server path was printed to the visitor when the template file was missing.
  • Fixed removed a broken WordPress version comparison that passed a float to version_compare, and the obsolete pre 4.7 page template cache priming it guarded.
  • Changed existing pages keep working. A page whose content is just a Typeform URL is still honoured.

Scalability Pro 6.26.7

  • Fixed blank archive, shop and blog pages when the slow query log table is missing
  • Fixed a custom query alteration emptying the content of the hook it is attached to, such as an empty navigation menu when wp_nav_menu_items is the start hook
  • Index creation now reports the database error when an index cannot be created, instead of showing a green tick
  • Index creation now asks for an in-place, lock-free build where the database supports it, falling back automatically where a shape cannot be built in place, so creating an index no longer locks the table for writes
  • Phone-home blocker URL exceptions now accept a full URL including the https:// prefix, not just the bare domain
  • Removed an information_schema lookup and a SHOW FIELDS that ran on every admin request
  • Fixed ?page=scalabilitypro on a front-end URL changing which image sizes are registered, and with them the srcset of the page
  • The redundant GROUP BY optimisation is no longer skipped when the search term or post title contains the word "join"
  • Fixed the offset-query optimisation losing the sort order of results, most visible in sitemap plugins paginating by modified date
  • Fixed DISTINCT/GROUP BY removal on LIMIT 1 queries stripping a GROUP BY that another plugin's aggregate depended on
  • The Slow Query Log query pattern is now validated when you save it, and tells you if it is rejected
  • Fixed Drop All Indexes removing indexes it did not create, where the name started with "wpi" without the underscore
  • Fixed a potential division by zero when faking the found-posts total if posts per page is set to zero
  • Removal of the found-rows count is now skipped during REST requests, which keeps the X-WP-Total and X-WP-TotalPages headers correct
  • Fixed draft previews and password-protected posts being hidden when the private-post check optimisation was applied through a custom query alteration
  • Declared compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), Cart and Checkout blocks, and the product block editor
  • Select2 is now bundled with the plugin and loaded only on the Scalability Pro settings screen, rather than from a third-party CDN on every wp-admin page
  • WordPress's own admin list-table classes (about 118KB of PHP) are no longer loaded on front-end requests
  • The Indexes tab now looks up the table list once per request rather than once per index definition
  • The terms UNION optimisation now detaches itself after running instead of inspecting every remaining query in the request
  • Admin CSS and JavaScript are now versioned by plugin version rather than the current time, so browsers can cache them
  • Settings import now caps the number of query alterations and normalises their keys
  • The slow query log CSV export now neutralises spreadsheet formulas in exported values
  • Fixed the cached author counts option disabling itself after an unrelated WordPress update. If it does disable itself, the reason is now recorded for support
  • Fixed the "Mine" and "Sticky" filter links disappearing from the Posts and Products lists when cached author counts was enabled
  • Removed an unused performance profiler and its AJAX endpoint. Performance profiling now lives in its own plugin, Super Speedy Performance Analyser

Super Speedy Ajax Prices 1.8.0

  • Fixed on a product page cached while an item was in stock, the quantity box and Add to Cart button stayed on screen after it sold out, and any back-in-stock ("email me when available") form never appeared. That form is built by PHP as the page renders, and the page rendered while the item was still in stock, so it was never in the cached HTML at all. The whole Add to Cart area is now refreshed from the live server alongside the price and stock text: a sold-out product loses its Add to Cart and shows your notifier's form, a restocked product gets its quantity box and button back. It works in both directions and needs no knowledge of which notifier plugin you use, because it renders whatever your site would render right now. Requires Ajax stock too to be on.
  • Fixed block themes. WooCommerce renders Add to Cart from the woocommerce/add-to-cart-form block there rather than the classic hook, so both are now refreshed.
  • New Preload the other stock state's scripts, on by default. Most back-in-stock plugins load their CSS and JavaScript only when they actually show their form, so a form swapped onto a cached page could arrive unstyled and dead. The plugin now renders the opposite stock state once behind the scenes, throws that HTML away and keeps only the scripts and styles it asked for. Turn it off if it upsets a plugin on your store, and list that plugin's handles with the ssap_prime_stock_asset_handles filter instead.
  • IMPORTANT, breaking every setting this plugin stores is renamed from wc_ajax_pricing_* to ssap_*, and the script and style files from wc-ajax-pricing.js / .css to ssap-pricing.js / .css. The wc_ prefix belongs to WooCommerce and blocks a WordPress.org listing. There is NO automatic migration: after updating, go to Super Speedy > AJAX Prices and set your options again. If you excluded wc-ajax-pricing.js from a JavaScript optimiser (WP Rocket, Perfmatters, or similar), change that exclusion to ssap-pricing.js.
  • Changed, for developers the AJAX action is now ssap_get_prices (was get_wc_prices), and the JavaScript events are ssap_prices_updated and ssap_stock_updated (were wc_ajax_pricing_updated and wc_ajax_inventory_updated).
  • New, for developers the ssap_single_add_to_cart_replaced JavaScript event, the ssap_before_render_single_region and ssap_after_render_single_region actions for replaying whatever your plugin does at page-render time, and the ssap_single_region_start, ssap_single_region_end and ssap_prime_stock_asset_handles filters.
  • Added a developer test harness (SSAP_Test_Helper, admin bar), which switches itself on only for a local or development site and is not part of a public build. It freezes pages in a cache that never purges, then skews stock or price behind them in one click, so the stale-page behaviour above can be seen by eye rather than only by test.
  • Note on compatibility Advanced Dynamic Pricing plus a persistent object cache (Redis, Memcached) keeps serving the old price for up to ten minutes after you change a price in wp-admin. ADP caches its calculated per-customer price in the adp_processed_products_to_display object cache group, keys it without the price, and does not drop that group when a product is saved, so any customer matched by a pricing rule keeps the old price until the ten minute TTL runs out. This is not the page cache and not this plugin: it reproduces with this plugin deactivated and no page cache at all. Flush the object cache after changing a price, or wait it out. Reported to AlgolPlus.
  • Added a Docker playground under .tests/playground (WordPress, WooCommerce, Redis, WP Super Cache, ADP) and an ADP fixture giving every logged-in role 10% off, so guest-versus-member pricing behind a real full page cache and a real object cache can be reproduced from scratch in one command.

Super Speedy Filters 6.41

  • Added Gutenberg blocks. Filters can now be inserted straight into a page, post or block-theme template from the block inserter, with a live preview of the real filter in the editor canvas. Seven blocks: ssf/filter (the main taxonomy filter), plus price, stock, on sale, active filters, postmeta, and ssf/filter-group for putting several filters behind one button. Three ready-made variations too: product categories as a tree, brands as image tiles, colour swatches
  • Added full-site-editing support. On a block theme there are no theme widget areas, so previously the only route to a filter was a legacy widget in one of our shortcode areas pulled into a template with [ssf_widgets]. Filters are now first-class blocks you can drop into any template or template part
  • Added Auto Configure. A button on the settings page scans a post type, works out a sensible filter for every taxonomy it finds, and shows you each one with a live preview before anything is created. Categories become a tree, brands and patterns become image tiles, colour attributes become swatches, and big attributes get a search box behind a popout button with the options loading on demand. Stores with 100+ attributes get a bulk table and a set-them-all control rather than 100 questions
  • Auto Configure can now build a filters sidebar for you on a block theme. Pick "Add a filters sidebar to the Product Catalog template" and it moves your products into a column and puts the filters beside them, which is where shoppers look for them. Previously, on a block theme, the only place filters could go was a widget area, because block themes have no sidebars of their own
  • Auto Configure now skips taxonomies that have no products assigned to them. Registering an attribute and never using it is common, and those filters can never do anything, so they are no longer suggested or created
  • Auto Configure can be re-run to change your mind: it updates what it created rather than adding a second set, it never overwrites a filter you changed by hand, and there is an undo that removes exactly what it made
  • Auto Configure fills in swatch colours from your terms, so a colour filter works the first time instead of rendering empty swatches until you set every colour by hand
  • Fixed the widget settings form being impossible to configure in the block editor. A new filter hid every option behind a "hit Save" message, but the block widget editor has no per-widget Save button, so the options never appeared
  • Fixed our widget settings assets not loading in the Site Editor or the post editor, which left a legacy widget block there with no conditional options, no colour picker and no styling
  • Fixed the colour picker never starting up for a widget added in the block editor
  • Fixed a "Translation loading was triggered too early" notice appearing on every page under WordPress 6.7 and later
  • Fixed a JavaScript error on the SEO & Indexing and Inline Filters settings tabs before those settings had ever been saved. The page handed the browser an empty value to parse as JSON, which threw and stopped the rest of the script, leaving the drag-and-drop title and description builders dead on a fresh install

Super Speedy Coming Soon 1.7.0

  • New products marked Coming Soon now show a "Coming Soon" button on shop and category archives instead of the usual add-to-cart or select-options label, and it links to the product page rather than the cart. A coming-soon product has no purchasable variation yet so the tile shows no price – the button now explains why instead of inviting a purchase that cannot complete.
  • Coming-soon tiles also get an sscs-coming-soon CSS class, and the button text is filterable via sscs_coming_soon_button_text.
Super Speedy Coming Soon 1.7.0 in its changelog

Super Speedy Imports 2.79.0

  • Row counts in the GUI are now the real row count of your CSV (previous was estimate for performance reasons). The upload receipt, the "Row 1 of N" label on the CSV preview and the Rows line in the "Ready to import?" summary were all capped at 5,000, so a 100,000-row file was reported as 5,000 rows
  • The count is taken by streaming the file and counting line breaks at the byte level rather than parsing every row, so it is about 10 times faster than the old capped count and uses about 1MB of memory whatever the file size. Line breaks inside quoted values are not counted as rows
  • Updated super-speedy-settings (shared across all Super Speedy plugins): added a settings-version report to the licence-check and download requests for better licence and update-download debugging

  • Updated super-speedy-settings (shared across all Super Speedy plugins): added a settings-version report to the licence-check and download requests for better licence and update-download debugging
Super Speedy Ajax Prices 1.7.1 in its changelog

Super Speedy Ajax Prices 1.7.0

  • Changed the Transport and Enable Fast Ajax options are now a single "Ajax Type" choice with five options – Normal Ajax, Normal REST, Fast Ajax, Fast REST and Ultra Ajax – so you pick how prices are fetched in one place. Existing settings are migrated automatically. (What the earlier 1.6.0 preview called Ultra Ajax – trimming the plugin list – is now "Fast Ajax".)
  • New Ultra Ajax, a genuine bypass. It intercepts the prices request before WordPress loads the other plugins, the theme, the main query or the routing layer, hand-boots only WooCommerce, this plugin and your ticked price-affecting plugins, returns the JSON and exits. It is the fastest option – verify your prices match with the benchmark before switching, as it skips the most.
  • Improved the benchmark now times all five Ajax Types in the order shown, one after another, using server-side timing (PHP request-start to response-ready, fastest of several samples) so connection and loopback noise no longer skews the result. A subject selector runs the whole benchmark as a guest, a country, or a specific logged-in customer – important because member-only pricing only shows up when you benchmark as a member. It only ever recommends a type that returns the same prices as a full page load; any type that returns different prices is flagged and never recommended.
  • Improved the "See what each customer sees" test gained an Ajax Type selector, so you can confirm each type returns the right per-visitor prices before choosing it. It now fetches each visitor as a real request (a login cookie for customers, a location override for countries) rather than switching user mid-request – which fixes dynamic-pricing and membership plugins that build their customer context up front and would otherwise show every customer the same price.
  • Fixed Ultra Ajax now loads the same ticked price-affecting plugins as Fast Ajax, so dynamic and membership prices match a full load.
  • Fixed admin notices printed by other plugins no longer appear inside the settings top bar (added the standard wp-header-end marker).
  • Note on compatibility the admin-ajax types (Normal Ajax, Fast Ajax) are the most compatible with dynamic-pricing and membership plugins. The REST-based types can miss plugin-driven prices on some stacks, because WooCommerce does not treat a REST request as a frontend request and so skips the customer/session those plugins rely on. The benchmark's price-match check tells you which types are safe on your store; when in doubt use Normal Ajax or Fast Ajax.
Super Speedy Ajax Prices 1.7.0 in its changelog

Super Speedy Ajax Prices 1.6.0

  • New "While prices load" options control what a visitor sees while their correct price is being fetched, so the stale price baked into a cached page is never read as the real one. Choose "Dimmed" (default and recommended – the cached price is softly dimmed then fades to the real price when it arrives, with a slider for the reveal speed from a gentle fade up to instant), "Spinner" (a pure-CSS loading spinner over the price, with a choice of spinner styles and colour, no images), or "Loading text" (a short message until the price arrives). A live preview shows the exact sequence as you choose. The effect is applied by CSS in the first painted frame with no JavaScript needed, uses opacity (never display:none or visibility:hidden) and always ends fully visible – so the price is never hidden from search engines – and applies to all visitors, not just logged-in ones. A visitor with JavaScript disabled still sees the price revealed automatically.
  • New choose the prices Transport – admin-ajax.php (default and recommended) or the WordPress REST API (/wp-json/ssap/v1/prices). admin-ajax.php is excluded from caching by default by every caching plugin and CDN, so there is nothing to configure, and it authenticates a logged-in customer from their cookie natively. The REST route is there if you prefer it (both are equally fast); if you use it, exclude /wp-json/ssap/ from your page cache and CDN. Either way the request carries NO nonce – a nonce cannot live in cached HTML without going stale and silently failing – and the endpoint returns only published-product price and stock data, resolving the customer from their login cookie so members still get their own prices. Per-visitor responses are sent no-store with Vary: Cookie.
  • New Ultra Ajax mode (off by default). On the prices request it loads only WooCommerce, this plugin and the price-affecting plugins you tick – skipping every other active plugin – which on a store with many plugins is a large speed and server-cost saving because a price lookup does not need most of them. An optional setting also skips loading the theme. The required helper (a must-use plugin) is installed automatically.
  • New redesigned settings screen with a Main tab (enable, load behaviour and the customer test) and a Settings tab (Transport, Ultra Ajax and the benchmark), matching the rest of the Super Speedy range.
  • New "See what each customer sees" test on the Main tab. Pick By country or By customer, choose the two to compare, and it shows the shop prices each one gets side by side – so you can confirm at a glance that your prices really do vary and that the cache is not collapsing them into one. It reads live prices in-process, so no save is needed.
  • New built-in benchmark. It times the prices request four ways – Normal and Ultra Ajax, each over admin-ajax.php and REST – using your shop's own products, fills the bars in live as each result lands, highlights the winner and tells you exactly which settings to pick. It also verifies every method returns the same prices as a full page load, and gives you a shareable branded image you can download or copy. The benchmark uses whatever is currently on the settings page, so you do not have to save first.
  • Tests added display-mode, transport and Ultra Ajax coverage; the end-to-end suite runs against whichever transport is active.

Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.9.1

  • HOTFIX: Deep Analysis was unusably slow on plugin-heavy sites (a 40+ hour estimate was seen in the wild) because every plugin got every page in all three cache modes up front. It now runs in TWO PHASES. Phase 1 screens every plugin in a single cache mode on just its busiest pages (top attributed pages plus the site's slowest page, 2 samples per cell) – a fast first pass over everything. Phase 2 then automatically gives only the plugins that showed a measurable impact the full treatment: every remaining page, plus object-cache-disabled and cache-priming measurements. Innocent plugins never cost more than their screening cells – typically a 20-30x reduction in requests.
  • The floating monitor shows which phase is running and the time remaining for the current phase.
  • Cache-mode labelling simplified: normal (the cache in its natural, warmed state) is the headline number; disabled and prime are added for impacted plugins. The separate warm label is gone – it duplicated normal.
Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.9.1 in its changelog

Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.9.0

  • Deep Analysis is now a comprehensive sweep: EVERY eligible plugin measured on EVERY profiled page (not just each suspect's worst page), each cell proven by re-measuring the page with the plugin virtually disabled for the test requests only. One button, walk away, come back to a complete per-plugin cost map.
  • Object cache modes: with a persistent object cache (Redis/Memcached) and the SSPA db.php shim present, every plugin/page cell is measured three ways – object cache disabled, priming (first cache-enabled request) and warm cache – so you can see who depends on your cache and who ignores it.
  • Floating run monitor: a minimisable popover visible on every tab shows exactly which plugin is being tested on which page in which cache mode, with a progress bar, elapsed time and estimated time remaining. It survives page reloads and resumes automatically; runs no longer hijack your screen with surprise refreshes.
  • Per-page breakdown on the Plugins tab: measured impact now aggregates across all pages ("adds 320ms across 5 of 22 pages") with a click-through page-by-page, mode-by-mode grid. The per-plugin Measure button now measures that plugin on every page too.
  • Long runs are safe: staleness is now judged by progress rather than age (a wedged run is re-kicked after 30 minutes and only failed after 3 hours without progress), so an hours-long sweep is never killed mid-flight. wp sspa run --type=deep allows 6 hours.
  • The adaptive bisection planner is retired – the sweep measures every plugin on every page directly, which supersedes it.
  • Measured impacts gained an object_cache_mode dimension throughout (database, report JSON, abilities, community payload); agents are told to headline the warm-cache numbers.
Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.9.0 in its changelog

Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.8.0

  • FIXED plugins that SPEED YOUR SITE UP are now reported correctly. Deep analysis measured them but reported "no measurable impact" (the noise gate only looked at positive deltas), and the Plugins tab rendered negative deltas garbled as +-2,000ms. Speed-up plugins now show a green saves Xms measured impact – the noise gate works on the delta's absolute value, so savings are first-class measured results.
  • FIXED runs started from the Plugins tab (the per-plugin Measure button) appeared to do nothing – the page never switched to the Overview tab where the progress bar lives. It now switches automatically.
  • FIXED after a deep or cache-impact run, the Overview showed site score 0 with no insights, and the Pages/Plugins tabs displayed the deep run's partial plugin-set-modified profiles instead of your last real analysis. All tabs now pin to the latest full analysis, and the Overview gained a "Latest deep analysis" summary card.
  • FIXED the quick spot-check (plugin toggle prompt) recorded itself as a full baseline run, hijacking every results view and deep-analysis suspect selection. Page-filtered runs are now typed as spot runs.
  • FIXED theme isolation results were measured but never displayed (stored under a synthetic slug no view matched). They now appear under your real theme slug on the Plugins tab.
  • Accuracy: single-plugin measurements now re-measure the baseline seconds before the excluded measurement (instead of reusing one from minutes earlier), and the excluded plugin set gets its own warm-up request – server drift and cold caches no longer masquerade as plugin cost.
  • Measured impacts now include the HTTP/API time delta alongside generation, SQL, query-count and RAM deltas, and the Plugins tab shows all of them per plugin.
  • The Plugins tab and knowledge base now explain the attribution trap: a plugin that replaces a slow feature (search, filters) is credited with the queries it runs even when it is far faster than what it replaced – the measured impact is the true verdict.
  • Agent API: the delta sign convention is now documented explicitly (positive = the plugin adds time, negative = it saves time) so AI assistants cannot misreport a saving as a slowdown.
Super Speedy Performance Analysis 0.8.0 in its changelog

Scalability Pro 6.26.5

  • Fixed the file cache handler initialising the WordPress filesystem on every request at plugins_loaded – on hosts where WordPress cannot write files directly (FTP/SSH credential hosts) this echoed the WordPress connection-details form into every page load, WP-CLI command, cron run and REST request. The filesystem is now initialised only when a cache method is actually used, and the credentials prompt has been removed entirely (if credential-less filesystem access is unavailable, file caching is simply reported as unavailable and callers fall back to other cache storage)
  • Fixed a potential fatal error in the cache handler when the filesystem could not be initialised (cache methods now fail gracefully instead of calling methods on a null filesystem object)
  • Fixed cache expiry never being detected on read – the expiry timestamp comparison compared a number against a date string, so expired cache files were still served until the cleanup cron removed them
  • Thanks to @CraigM for reporting the filesystem initialisation issue with a superb writeup
Scalability Pro 6.26.5 in its changelog

Super Speedy Filters 6.40.3

  • Fixed a fatal error ("Cannot redeclare ssf_inline_filters_enqueue_styles()") on sites that still have the old standalone Inline Product Filters add-on plugin installed. That feature was folded into the core plugin and its internal name changed from inline-product-filters to inline-filters; the add-on loader matches add-ons by name, so the old name no longer lined up with the bundled one and both copies were being loaded at once. The loader now recognises the old name as the same add-on and skips the superseded standalone copy whenever the built-in version is active. If you see this error, the immediate fix is to deactivate the old Inline Product Filters add-on plugin – it is no longer needed.
Super Speedy Filters 6.40.3 in its changelog

Super Speedy Filters 6.40.2

  • Fixed "Show but delay execution" filters on search results showing an empty filter after loading. The REST endpoint was returning the built filter correctly, but the JavaScript that swaps it into the page was looking for a CSS class the built response only carries in some widget configurations, so for plain configurations the placeholder was removed without the options being inserted. The swap now targets the content element the endpoint always returns, and the freshly loaded filter is re-initialised (selected counts, per-page term lists and crawler-safe links) after insertion. Thanks to @rexhavoc for tracing this and sending in the diagnosis
  • Fixed a delayed filter getting permanently stuck in its loading state if the load request failed – it can now be retried by interacting with the filter again
  • Fixed a fatal error when clearing the filter cache on sites where the transient widget cache constant is not defined
Super Speedy Filters 6.40.2 in its changelog

Super Speedy Imports 2.78.0

  • Fixed saving an import in the admin HTML-encoded the taxonomy separator, turning > into >. Hierarchical categories such as Parent > Child > Grandchild (as in the demo catalogue's Categories column) then failed to import: the terms were created but the finalize step matches the built hierarchy path against a literal >, so nothing matched, every term was left unresolved, and the run aborted with "Failed to import hierarchical terms". The config save ran every value through wp_kses_post during the wp.org compliance pass, which entity-encodes bare <, > and &. Config values are now sanitised without encoding those literal characters, so separators (and any source or template value containing them) round-trip intact while scripts are still stripped.
